Another series of amazing performances that delighted the audience during the fourth short-term exchange of groups of pupils, hosted by the partner school Rīgas 22. vidusskola from Rīga (Latvia) between the 17th and 21st of February 2020, was dedicated to traditional or folk dances from all the partner countries, true treasures of musical and folk heritage.

THE ITALIAN TEAM

The lively dance performed by the pupils from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina from Palestrina (Italy) can be watched below.

THE TURKISH TEAM

The members of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) performed the traditional folk dance called Zeybek from the Aegean region.

THE ROMANIAN TEAM

Enjoy the vivacity and cheerfulness of folk dances from the region of Moldavia performed by the members of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania)! They delighted the audience with this suite of girls’ dances, following the choreography used by the folk ensemble “Stejărelul” from Tudora commune (Botoșani county).
