In December 2019, the members of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina (Italy) rehearsed and then performed instrumental pieces for the Christmas Concert organised by their school.
In December 2019, the members of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” from the partner school Rīgas 22. vidusskola from Rīga (Latvia) organised a demonstration for the entire school, their activities resulting in enriching pupils’ knowledge about folk and song heritage.
The girls from the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) performed traditional, but also modern carols, songs and dances within the Christmas show organised by their school at the “Mihai Eminescu” Atheneum from the commune of Dumbrăveni.
The pupils from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) started preparing for the exchange visit scheduled to take place in Latvia in February 2020 by rehearsing the traditional folk dance called Zeybek from the Aegean region.
