In October 2018, as part of the selection procedure, the pupils from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) submitted application forms, took an entry test assessing their initial English knowledge, gave an interview and filled in a questionnaire regarding their learning style which helped divide them into the five clubs of the project.
Also in October, the pupils, the teachers in charge of the clubs and the pupils’ parents from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) were all invited to take part in meetings with the coordinator, Ms Niculina Pintilii, and the school headmistress, Ms Mihaela Apetrei, and were given information about the project’s objectives and their responsibilities within the project.
In October 2018, the project team members from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) chose and set up an Erasmus+ corner on the school premises, which will help inform the school and local community about thier activities, products and results.
