In October 2019, the members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) prepared intensely for the exchange visit scheduled to take place at the partner school from Palestrina (Italy) in November 2019 by creating two PowerPoint presentations on topics related to history.
The pupils from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina (Italy) also prepared for the exchange visit by creating PowerPoint presentations on the topics of historical events, historical celebrations and monuments.
In October 2019, the members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) worked on the topic “Important Moments in Turkish History”. After being informed about the topic, the pupils carried out research and then prepared a PowerPoint material to be presented during the exchange visit to Italy.
In October 2019, the members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from the partner school Agrupamento de Escolas de Samora Correia from Samora Correia (Portugal) had their bimonthly meetings on the topic “Historical Monuments/Artistic Sites”, and prepared PowerPoint presentations and videos for the exchange visit to Italy. Their activities resulted in research on the assigned topic, interactive and practical activities and peer learning.
The pupils from the partner school Rīgas 22. vidusskola from Rīga (Latvia) also had their regular bimonthly meetings, and prepared for the exchange visit to Italy. They took a tour around Old Riga and visited Riga history museum and the Museum of the History of Riga and Navigation, the oldest in Latvia and the whole of the Baltic States and one of the oldest in Europe.
