In January 2020, the members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina (Italy) contributed to the preparation for the exchange visit scheduled to take place in Latvia in February 2020. They created a PowerPoint material about five music and dance festivals from Italy that will be presented by the members of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” during the mobility in Latvia.
The pupils from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) worked on the topic of “Historical beauties of Akhisar”. They carried out research on the historical beauties from their hometown of Akhisar and used their findings to prepare a PowerPoint material about this topic, which was then presented to the other students.
On January 27th, the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) marked International Holocaust Remembrance Day by presenting the significance of the date, creating a video and a collage exhibition. Together with other schoolmates, the members of the club concluded that the Holocaust represents the largest genocide in history and we should never forget its horrors.
In January 2020, the members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from the partner school Agrupamento de Escolas de Samora Correia from Samora Correia (Portugal) had their bimonthly meetings. They created a PowerPoint presentation and wrote essays.
The pupils from the partner school Rīgas 22. vidusskola from Rīga (Latvia) were involved in practical activities, contributing to the preparations for the exchange visit scheduled to be hosted by their school the following month.
