In November 2018, the pupils from the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) held their first meeting which focused on finding out more about each other and about the partner countries, and also prepared a PowerPoint presentation, posters and a sketch on the topic “First World War Centenary”, especially the consequences of this conflict that fortunately led to the union of all the regions inhabited by Romanians.
At Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina from Palestrina (Italy), the first meeting of the club was dedicated to the presentation of the activities to be carried out within the club, and the second meeting to research on the First World War in Palestrina and in Europe.
In October 2018, the pupils from the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Rīgas 22. vidusskola from Rīga (Latvia) visited the Latvian Art Museum, and got acquainted with the history of Latvian painting and pictures of Latvian artists. In November, they visited the Cinema Museum, and got acquainted with the history of cinema, and made a cartoon. The members of the club also made a PowerPoint presentation about Latvia in the WW 1 by using information and pictures found online.
In November 2018, the pupils from the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) were informed about the field of their club during their first meeting, and during the second meeting they focused on research about the First World War in Europe.
The members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Agrupamento de Escolas de Samora Correia from Samora Correia (Portugal) worked on the topic “First World War Centenary” by preparing ten reports and a photo exhibition.
