On October 30th, 2020, the Romanian HHTE team from the coordinating school Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni organised a dissemination conference in order to promote the project activities and products. The conference had a face-to-face session, organised in the project’s support room, on the premises of the school, and two online sessions, via Google Meet video-communication service, which gathered in total over 200 participants.
The conference began with an exhibition featuring various objects, souvenirs, certificates, brochures, cards and gifts related to each partner country from the project. Both during the face-to-face and the online sessions, Ms Niculina Pintilii, the main coordinator of the project, presented information about the Erasmus+ programme and the opportunities it offers for education and training, and Ms Ionela Rodinciuc, English teacher and member of the project team, presented information about the project activities, exchange visits and products.
The other members of the project team, present at the conference, namely Ms Mihaela Apetrei (headmistress of the Romanian school), Ms Ionela Diana Doncean (deputy headmistress and the teacher in charge of the club “Nature wonders”), Ms Andreea Valentina Popovici (the teacher in charge of the club “The magical world of fairy tales”, Ms Mihaela Paula Dranca (the teacher in charge of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances”), Ms Simona Rica Șorodoc (the teacher in charge of the club “Art heritage”), and Ms Simona Iavni (P.E. teacher), also remembered fondly their experiences from the exchange visits and the school activities.
Both during the face-to-face and the online sessions, the participants had the opportunity to put their general knowledge to the test and also find out new things about cultural heritage by solving a quiz on the game-based learning platform Kahoot, which beautifully illustrated the interesting cultural information discovered during all the exchange visits of the project.
The members of the project wished to express their gratitude to the main coordinator, Ms Niculina Pintilii, who, in turn, thanked everybody for their hard work within the project and offered them merit certificates, agendas and folders with various dissemination materials.
All the participants in the face-to-face session received certificates of attendance and folders with dissemination materials and the participants in the online conference received dissemination kits by email.
