In March 2019, the clubs “It’s us! – songs and dances” from all the partner schools worked on the topic “Spring customs” in order to share traditions, customs and rituals associated with the coming of spring.
The pupils from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina from Palestrina (Italy) recorded a traditional spring song called “Canto del maggio”.
The members of the club “ It’s us! – songs and dances” from Agrupamento de Escolas de Samora Correia from Samora Correia (Portugal) also recorded two performances and created a PowerPoint presentation.
The pupils from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) were informed about the topic “Spring customs” and discussed traditions related to the arrival of spring. They also began studying and practising folk dances.
In March 2019, the topic of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) was International Women’s Day. The girls expressed their love and gratitude for their mothers by recording a cover of the touching song “Mother” by F. Charm featuring Elena Gheorghe that was used for a video product called “Dear mother…”.
