In January 2020, the members of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” from all the partner schools prepared intensely for the exchange visit scheduled to take place in Latvia in February 2020. The pupils from the partner school Rīgas 22. vidusskola from Rīga (Latvia) worked very hard preparing to host the physical mobility.
The pupils from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina (Italy) chose a traditional song and created the choreography for the dance to be performed during the mobility.
In January 2020, the members of the club “It’s us! – songs and dances” from the partner school Agrupamento de Escolas de Samora Correia from Samora Correia (Portugal) had rehearsals and held auditions, their activities resulting in enriching pupils’ knowledge about European folk and song heritage.
The girls from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) created two PowerPoint presentations about Romanian folk costumes and events promoting musical heritage.
The pupils from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) prepared the PowerPoint presentation about music festivals from their country and began to rehearse the Çanakkale folk song to be performed during the exchange visit to Latvia.
