In February 2020, the members of the club “Nature wonders” from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina (Italy) carried out research on the topic of Vesuvio rocks and other precious stones. During their second meeting, the pupils worked together to create a poster.
After being informed about the topic of “Global warming”, the members of the club from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) carried out research on global warming and used the found information, together with downloaded photos, to create a poster about this worrying phenomenon.
In February 2020, the members of the club “Nature wonders” from the partner school Agrupamento de Escolas de Samora Correia from Samora Correia (Portugal) held weekly meetings about European natural heritage. They worked on the topic “Ocean and Sea protection”, creating a PowerPoint presentation and writing a report.
The pupils from the partner school Rīgas 22. vidusskola from Rīga (Latvia) contributed to the preparation for and organisation of the short-term exchange of groups of pupils hosted by their school.
In February 2020, the members of the club “Nature Wonders” from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) worked on the challenging topic of bullying, inspired by a real case from their school. The pupils created collages about the types of bullying and presented them to their other classmates. The activity, organised in the welcoming setting of the school library, helped pupils to become aware of the many faces of this dangerous behaviour.
