In December 2019, the members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) worked on the topic of “The historical beauties of Manisa”. After being informed about this subject, they went on a trip to the beautiful city of Manisa, having as aim to enrich their knowledge of historical heritage.
The members of the club from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina (Italy) carried out research on the topic of “Italian navigators and explorers” by reading a book. During their second meeting, the pupils worked together to create a PowerPoint presentation.
In December 2019, the members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from the partner school Agrupamento de Escolas de Samora Correia from Samora Correia (Portugal) had their bimonthly meetings. They filled in questionnaires and wrote reports about their participation in the exchange visit hosted by the partner school from Palestrina (Italy).
The pupils from the partner school Rīgas 22. vidusskola from Rīga (Latvia) also had their regular bimonthly meetings, their work having as objectives researching the assigned topic, carrying out interactive and practical activities and fostering peer learning.
One year after the joyful events marking the Centenary of Romania’s Great Union, the members of the club “The whisper of the past builds up the future” from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) wished to highlight the importance of the Peace Conference from Paris (1919-1920) and its treaties that sanctioned the union of Bessarabia, Bukovina and Transylvania to Romania. They summarized their ample research in an informal way by making a flower of the peace treaties signed within the conference and a flower of Romanian politicians who participated in the conference.
