In April 2019, the clubs “The magical world of fairy tales” from all the partner schools worked on the topic “Role-playing” aiming to foster creativity and expressiveness among pupils.
On their first meeting, the pupils from Şehit Ali Aksoy Ortaokulu from Akhisar (Turkey) were informed about the topic “Role-playing” and the teacher in charge of the club distributed duties among them. During their second meeting, they practised role-playing and performed a demonstration on National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, an important public holiday celebrated in Turkey on April 23rd.
Apart from role-playing activities, the pupils from Istituto Comprensivo “Giovanni Pierluigi” Palestrina from Palestrina (Italy) continued the activities on body language described and recorded in January and February 2019.
The members of the club “The magical world of fairy tales” from Agrupamento de Escolas de Samora Correia from Samora Correia (Portugal) also continued their work on the topic “Mother figures in fairy tales” and they wrote a text about fairy tales with role-play.
On April 23rd, the members of the club from Liceul Tehnologic “Mihai Eminescu” Dumbrăveni (Romania) marked World Book Day by organising the activity called “The literary teahouse”, alongside the pupils from class VII C. In a warm and relaxing atmosphere, they read together, talked about their favourite books and authors, and of course drank tea.
